I to his memo of 5~21-76 advising that <br />construction is proceeding satisfactori Iy at Cardiac Pacemaker <br />and Carroll Furniture sites; Carroll Furniture construction is <br />near completion. <br /> <br />Feyereisen noted that natural ponding area, north of new Cardiac <br />building site entrance on Hamline, has been fi lied; should be <br />required to remove fill to re-establish water holding area. <br /> <br />Sitzmark Ski and Sai I <br />Squires reported he had not contacted Mr. Wegleitner, but manager <br />of Sitzmark has indicated that outdoor storage of boats Is es- <br />sential. <br /> <br />Council requested Squires to notify Sitzmark by letter of the <br />Zoning Ordinance violation; procedure to pursue compliance; Invite <br />Wegleltner to appear before Council at June I meeting; request that <br />all boats stored outdoors be removed within two weeks. <br /> <br />3151 Johanna Boulevard - Roger Reiling <br />Squir~ referred Council to his memo of 5-21-76. Reiling explained <br />he has two tentative proposed commercial uses for the service <br />station portion of the property at 3151 Johanna Boulevard and al- <br />lowed the car wash operation on a trial basis to see what neighbor- <br />hood reaction would be. <br /> <br />He was advised by Council that no commercial use of this property <br />is permitted as presently zoned; commercial use can only be per- <br />mitted if a re-zonlng is granted. <br /> <br />Reiling agreed to apply for rezoning of the property and was given <br />two weeks to cease present operation. <br /> <br />OTHER BUS I NESS <br /> <br />Ra uest for "No Parkin" Si ns - Count Road F <br />cNiesh referred Counci I to her memo of -21-76 and letter from <br />D. J. Fiedler, Mounds View High School, to Deane Anklan, County <br />Engineer (5-14-76) advising of a traffic problem and potentially <br />dangerous situation on County Road F in front of Mounds View High <br />School, and requesting that "No Parking" signs be installed. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that <br />Council support the request from Mounds View High School to post <br />"No Parking" signs along the south side of County Road F, from <br />35W overpass to east end of parking lot property line. Motion car- <br />ried unanimously. <br /> <br />Counc! I concurred that Public Safety Committee and Counci I review <br />the proposed on-site traffic control proposal before Police Depart- <br />ment is requested to enforce regulations .on the school property. <br /> <br />REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE McNiESH <br /> <br />Payroll <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the <br />payrol I as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Budget Calendar <br />After discussion of proposed budget calendar, the budget calendar <br />was approved as amended, changing the tollowing dates: <br /> <br />July 23 to August 13 <br />August 16 to August 30 <br />September 9 to September 23 <br />September 13 to September 27 <br /> <br />which provides for an optional October 4th meeting for Councl I <br /> <br />-3- <br />
