Corrigan. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4It Human Rights Commission Requests <br />Feyereisen r'efer"red COllnci I to Minutes of Human Rights Commission <br />Meeting of May 6, i976, asking for Council approval of two requests: <br /> <br />Reimbursement for Mileage and Expenses - Survey of Faci tities <br />for Handicapped <br />in the discussion Counci I noted that Board of Appeals, Planning <br />Commission, Parks and other committee members regularly use <br />their cars to examine sites etc. at no cost to the Village; <br />expressed concern re estab lish i ng precedent i 'f mi leage expenses <br />for Human Rights survey are reimbursed. <br /> <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Council authorize <br />reimbursement for mi leage and expenses Incurred to conduct <br />survey; noting this is not Vi Ilage pol icy for mi teage within <br />the Vi I lage. Motion did not carry (Woodburn and Feyerelsen <br />voting In favor of the motion; CrlCht6n, Wingert, Crepeau <br />voting In opposition.) <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Counci I authorize <br />reimbursement of any unusual expenses with the understanding <br />that mi leage within the Vi Ilage is not an unusual expense. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Human Se rv ices REUlo rt Pub I i cat i on <br />Feyereisen reported that the report prepared by M. Adelsman <br />re Human Services In Arden Hills was accepted by the Human <br />Rights Commission at its meeting on May 6th; renort is proposed <br />to be published in Town Crier in condensec form, currently <br />being drafted for Council consideration by L. Perrin. <br /> <br />Schedule Public He~Llllil~ <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Counei I schedule the <br />following Public Hearings before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, <br />June 2,1976, at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall: <br /> <br />4It <br /> <br />Case No. 76-7, Rezoning & Special Use Permit - Wayne Gonnella. <br />Case No. 76-11, Special Use Perltit - Tom Harty., <br />Case No. 76-12, Amended Special Use Permit - Blue Fox Inn Addition. <br />Case No. 76-13, Preliminary Plat - Charles Amble. <br /> <br />3 VHF Pa~Sets and Char~ <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Counei I approve the <br />purchase of 3 VHF Pack Sets and Chargers as I isted in McNiesh memo <br />dated 5/14/76. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />H.O.A. Development Aqreement - Townhouse Villages North, Fourth <br />Addition <br />CounCf'"lwas referred to Lyndan's letter of 5/13/76 re Pemtom, Inc. <br />Townhouse Vi I lages North 4th Addition -- H.O.A. Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that COlJnci I approve the <br />H.O.A. Development Agreement, as submitted, including insertions re <br />Attorney's ietter of 5/13/76; to be executod after executed by <br />Pemtom and ,~.den Hi lis North P,ssociation. r~otlon carried unanimously. <br /> <br />After discussion re pending letter of Credit~ Feyereisan moved to <br />reconsider the motion.
