<br />" .... <br /> <br />Minutes o-F Regular Counci 1 Meeting <br />Page -Four <br /> <br />Apri I 12, 1976 <br /> <br />Uti lity Consultant Report <br />McNlesh referred Counci I to memo from Gray Henderson (4-1-76) <br />re Services as Consultant. <br /> <br />After discussion, Feyereisen moved, seconded by Wingert, that <br />Counci I approve consulting services of Gray Henderson for approxi- <br />mately 20 hrs./month @ $II.OO/hr. plus mileage and necessary expen- <br />ses. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Sewer Backup - Claim for Damages <br />McNlesh advised that Vi I lage liability Insurance does not cover <br />claims of this nature; referred Councl I to memo from Johansen <br />(4-9-76) . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />In discussion, Councl I noted that Village policy for damage claims <br />should be determined and residents advised to call Public Works <br />Department if they have a sewer problem; Public Works can determine <br />location of blockage very quickly (Village main or resident's line). <br /> <br />Feyerelsen moved, seconded by Crepeau, that Council authorize payment <br />of the Amundson claim, minus the $25.00 charge for Midway Sewer Com- <br />pany. <br /> <br />After discussion, Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that the motion <br />be amended to pay entire claim in the amount of $107.48. Amendment <br />to motion carried; main motion carried (Feyereisen, Crepeau, Wingert. <br />Crichton voting In favor of amendment and main motion; Woodburn ab- <br />staining) . <br /> <br />Elevated Tank Bids <br />McNiesh reported that Engineer Christoffersen Is checking bids re- <br />ceived. Matter was deferred to Counci I Meeting of April 26. 1976. <br /> <br />Change of Meeting Place - April 19 Public Hearing <br />Feyerelsen moved. seconded by Wingert. that Council re-schedule the <br />Special Council Meeting on April 19. 1976, at Mounds View High School <br />Theater at 7:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />(McNlesh was requested to notify Pemtom Homeowners Associations of <br />change of meeting place; place notices in newspapers and to schedule <br />someone to be at the Vi Ilage Hall on evening of April 19th to advise <br />of change In meeting place.) <br /> <br />Council Meeting Schedule <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council meetings be <br />scheduled on May 10th, 17th, 24th and June 1,1976. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Crichton moved. seconded by Feyereisen, that Council approve the <br />Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />(McNlesh was requested to ask Attorney Meyers to attend a May Council <br />meeting.) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Aerial Photo <br />Council authorized purchase of the aerial maps @ $70.00 and requested <br />new map be framed and mounted on wall next to existing aerial. <br /> <br />Zoning Ord.
