Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />(It was suggested that bids be requested for replacing 1974 car, as <br />well.J <br /> <br />Appointments to Human Rights Commission and Civil Defense Committee <br />Mayor Crepeau appointed David Koch as a member of the Civil Defense <br />Committee for the balance of 1976, replacing Harold Fischer, and <br />appointed David Locey as a member of the Human Rights Commission <br />through December 31, 1978; David Locey to be deleted from Finance <br />Committee membership. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council ratify the appoint- <br />ments.
