OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case No. 76-2, Lot Split and Consolidation - James Clare <br />Wingert referred Counci I to image of proposed lot split and consoli- <br />dation and reported that the Planning Commission recommends approval <br />of the split and consolidation, as requested; noting that the <br />reason for the request is to retain an existing orchard on the <br />James Clare property; the resultant 95' x 263.70' parcel, presently <br />owned by Robert S. Clare. wi II eventually be sold. <br /> <br />After determining that the resultant parcels wi II meet ordinance <br />requirements, Feverelsen moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I <br />approve the lot split and consolidation as requested. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Twin City Christian Homes - Request for Special Use Permit Time <br />Extension <br />After review of letter from Twin City Christian Homes (2/5/76>, <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Council approve the <br />request for a time extension of the Special Use Permit to August 25. <br />1976. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Temporary Sign License - St. Paul Book and Stationery Company <br />Feyerelsen moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council approve the <br />issuance of a Temporary Sign License to St. Paul Book and Stationery <br />Company, 1233 West County Road E. for sign as requested with appli- <br />cation dated 2/6/76; sign to be displayed on February 12, 13, 14 <br />and 16 during hours of sale. Speed on Old Hiohway 10, County Road E2 and New Brighton Road <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that <br />Council recommends to Ramsey County Engineer that the speed <br />limit on Old Highway 10. between County Road E and County Road <br />F be 45 mph, and that between County Road F and Highway 96. <br />the speed be 40 mph; that a 4-Way stop be installed at the <br />intersection of County Road E and New Brighton Road.
