Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau <br />Feyerelsen suggested that it may be more appropriate for some- <br />one from the Public Safety Committee to serve on the ad hoc <br />planning committee. <br /> <br />In discussion, Counci I expressed some concern re how the Bureau <br />wi II be directed over the years, costs to municipalities involved, <br />reaction of citizens to the program; suggested that Town Crier <br />give the proposed Bureau publicity and request citizen "in-put" <br />for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Feyereisen said he wil I attend the next committee meeting on <br />Thursday, February 19th; Crepeau wi II relay Feyereisen's sug- <br />gestion that a Public Safety Committee member serve on the ad <br />hoc planning committee. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1975 Financial Statement <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the <br />transfers and authorize the publication of the 1975 Financial <br />Statement, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Claims and Paveo! I <br />McNiesh requested approval of check No. 2224, In the amount of <br />$7,650.00 to Joseph and Gladyce Bussard, and No. 8405, in the <br />amount of $9,009.00, to Metropolitan Waste Control for January <br />SAC remittance, In addition to list of Claims presented. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that <br />Council approve the Claims and Payroll, as amended, Including <br />the two additional checks in the amounts of $7,650 and $9,009. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Replacement of Cutter for Howard Mower <br />Crichton referred Councl I to BUCkley's memo of 2/2/76 re authori- <br />zation to purchase a replacement cutting blade for the Howard mower. <br />Crichton explained that this purchase is budgeted In 1976 at $795. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, <br />Council authorize purchase of the <br />of $650 from the Kromer Company. <br /> <br />seconded by Feyerelsen, that <br />Howard mower cutter at a cost <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Human RI hts Commission A ointment <br />Feyerelsen reported that Janice <br />Commission Meeting and expressed her <br />slon. <br /> <br /> <br />attended the Human Rights <br />desire to serve on the Commls- <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau appointed <br />Rights Commission for a <br /> <br />JanlCe~ as <br />three-year term. <br /> <br />a member of the Human <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that Councl I ratify the <br />three-year appointment made by Mayor Crepeau. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Arden Manor - Request for Changes In Special Use Permit <br />Mayor Crepeau advised that, unti I Mr. Adams Is in attendance, Council <br />will defer any action on the requested changes in the Arden Manor <br />Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Feyereisen read the changes requested by Adams in his letter of <br />2/6/76, for the benefit of Arden Manor residents present at the <br />meeting, and an Image, depleting the Special Use Permit occupancy <br />provisions, was projected and briefly reviewed. <br /> <br />No Council action was taken. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Development Plan <br />Crichton recommended the following amendments to the Comprehensive <br />Development Plan: <br /> <br />p. 7, paragraph 18 - Correct spelling of "pipe". <br />P. II, C i.
