The <br />proposed dwelling would be oriented with the front of the house and garage facing Pascal Avenue <br />and with driveway access off of Pascal Avenue. The existing curb cut on County Road E would <br />be removed. The Applicant is requesting a variance to decrease the required side yard setback for <br />corner lots for the Subject Property from 40 feet to 31.9 feet as measured from the south side of <br />the structure to County Road E.
