<br /> <br />26 <br />request for the Planning Commission is to occur related to a land use application that requires a <br />public hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s obligation has been met where the Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission duly held a public hearing on August 7, 2024. All persons present at said meeting <br />were given an opportunity to be heard and present written statements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission considered the Applicant’s request for a <br />Preliminary Plat and, as such voted 6-1 in favor of recommending approval with conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br /> <br />Hereby adopts Resolution 2025-006 approving Planning Case 24-015 for a Rezoning of <br />the 10.74-acre parcel identified as Lot 2, Lot 1 Arden Heights Addition to the R- 4 – Multiple <br />Dwelling District. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 24-015 for a <br />Rezoning of the 10.74-acre parcel on the Subject Property, based on the findings of fact and the <br />submitted plans in the January 13, 2025 Report to the City Council, as amended by the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Approval is subject to the approval of Resolution 2025-007 for Planning Case 24-018 <br />(Approving a Master Planned Unit Development, Final Planned Unit Development, <br />Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review, Final Plat) <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 13TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
