The analysis was completed with the following <br />improvements and demand conditions: <br />1. Water main improvements within the TCAAP Area. <br />2. Minimal water demands were assumed during the initial growth of the TCAAP area. <br />x Pressure Analysis – Average pressures shown in Figure 1A <br />- Adequate pressures were maintained within the system. <br />x Fire Flow Analysis – Available fire flow at 20 psi residual shown in Figure 1B. <br />- Available fire flows within the TCAAP area were at least at a desired level <br />of 4,000 gpm. <br />x Water storage analysis <br />- Tank levels in Figure 1C shows that system does not have adequate <br />capacity to fill the Arden Hill South Water Tower greater than 60% during <br />maximum day demands.
