New or changed information could require additional evaluation, analyses <br />and/or recommendations. <br />A.2. Site Conditions <br />Currently, the project site exists as a residential neighborhood and a business entrance (Cummings Park <br />Drive). The area is bounded by County Road 96 West to the north, Hamline Avenue North to the west, <br />Boston Scientific to the south and Lexington Avenue North to the east. <br />Current grades range from elevations of about 954.8 feet at Boring ST-14 to about 1007.4 feet at Boring <br />ST-18. The project area generally contains hummocky topography, and regionally slopes downward from <br />the northeast to the southwest near Karth Lake.
