. . . . . Minutes of Regular Council Meeting Page six January 26, 1976 Feyerelsen reported that the Public Service Commission found the Minnesota Gas Company rate increase was justified. Northwest Suburban Service Bureau Feyerelsen reported he has been asked to serve as an ad hoc member of a committee re the proposed Northwest Suburban Service Bureau to provide "family consulting services" aimed at keeping young offenders out of the courts. He reported that at present nothing has been established and funding is In,no way assured. He said the proposed non-municipal funding is for 5 people for about three years; pro- gram wi II apply to young people of all ages in this area. McNlesh advised that proposed program wil I be explained at the Pub- lic Safety Committee meeting on Wednesday, February 4th at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, by Mr. Dennis Rau. Arden Manor Mayor Crepeau reported two calls from Mr. Adams re Arden Manor status and asking Council for some relief from requirements prior to permit- ting additional homes In the park. McNlesh was requested to contact Adams and advise him of the pending requirements to be completed before additional homes may be occupied In the park. Letter to Ramsey County Board Re Activities Within Arms Plant Area After discussion, McNiesh was requested to ask Attorney Lynden what control the City has over activities within the arsenal area, eSpecially mining rights.
