Apportionment of Assessment Resolutions Nos, 76-8 through 76-12 Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Councl I approve Resolutions 76-8 through 76-12, RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2; SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 16; SANITARY SEWER NO.6; WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1. Motion carried unanimously. Apportionment of Assessment Resolutions No. 76-13 and 76-14 Feyereisen moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve Reso- lutions No. 76-13 and 76-14, RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1; SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.2. Motion carried unanimously. Payroll McNi-esh noted some corrections to the Payroll. Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the Payroll, as amended. Motion carried unanimously. OTHER BUSINESS Presbyterian Homes Request for Special Use Permit Time Extension After review of letter from The Presbyterian Homes (1-16-76), and discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve an extension of Amended Special Use Permit No. 75-17A until July 18, 1976. Motion carried unanimously. Committee Appointments A. Human Rights Commission and Finance Committee Feyerelsen reported that Janice Wallraff and Gretchen Mates have expressed an interest in serving on the Human Rights Commission; Paul Larson and Mary Swenson on the Finance Committee. He advised that all have been invited to attend the forthcoming February meetings. Feyoreisen also reported that Dave Locey Is agreeable to switching to Human Rights from the Finance Committee. B. Letter from Mar~e Erickson McNlesh was requested to contact M. Erickson re her appointment to the Planning Commission for 1976; inquiring whether she will be able to serve on the Commission this year; also requesting Board of Appeals materials (to be turned over to Board of Appeals Chairman R. Levit). C. Public Works Committee Woodburn reported that' Jack Grudnoske has expressed an Interest in serving on the Public Works Committee and recommended his appointment at this time. Mayor Crepeau appointed Jack Grudnoske as a member of the Public Works Committee for the balance of 1976. Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the appointment, Motion carried unanimously. Suburban Rate Authority Meeting, Feyereisen reported that the Public Service Commission provided for a reduction in NSP's proposed rate Increase from $60 mi Illon to $36.6 mi II10n, and noted that N.S .P. wi II probab Iy fl Ie for another increase in about March or April of this year. -5-
