L. S. <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, tlat Councl I grant an extension <br />of an additional 60-day period for the recording of Indian Oaks II <br />Final Plat and Ludlow R. L. S. because of unavoidable delays which <br />were not at the volition of the applicants. Motion carried (Crepeau, <br />Crichton, Wingert and Woodburn voting In favor; Feyerelsen abstaining). <br /> <br />Apportionment of Assessment Resolutions Nos, 76-8 through 76-12 <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Councl I approve <br />Resolutions 76-8 through 76-12, RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED <br />67-1 AND 67-2; SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 16; SANITARY SEWER <br />NO.6; WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Apportionment of Assessment Resolutions No. 76-13 and 76-14 <br />Feyereisen moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve Reso- <br />lutions No. 76-13 and 76-14, RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1; SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.2. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Payroll <br />McNi-esh noted some corrections to the Payroll. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the <br />Payroll, as amended. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Presbyterian Homes Request for Special Use Permit Time Extension <br />After review of letter from The Presbyterian Homes (1-16-76), and <br />discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve <br />an extension of Amended Special Use Permit No. 75-17A until July 18, <br />1976. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Committee Appointments <br />A. Human Rights Commission and Finance Committee <br />Feyerelsen reported that Janice Wallraff and Gretchen Mates have <br />expressed an interest in serving on the Human Rights Commission; <br />Paul Larson and Mary Swenson on the Finance Committee. He advised <br />that all have been invited to attend the forthcoming February <br />meetings. Feyoreisen also reported that Dave Locey Is agreeable <br />to switching to Human Rights from the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />B. Letter from Mar~e Erickson <br />McNlesh was requested to contact M. Erickson re her appointment <br />to the Planning Commission for 1976; inquiring whether she will <br />be able to serve on the Commission this year; also requesting <br />Board of Appeals materials (to be turned over to Board of Appeals <br />Chairman R. Levit). <br /> <br />C. Public Works Committee <br />Woodburn reported that' Jack Grudnoske has expressed an Interest <br />in serving on the Public Works Committee and recommended his <br />appointment at this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau appointed Jack Grudnoske as a member of the Public <br />Works Committee for the balance of 1976. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve the <br />appointment, Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Suburban Rate Authority Meeting, <br />Feyereisen reported that the Public Service Commission provided for <br />a reduction in NSP's proposed rate Increase from $60 mi Illon to $36.6 <br />mi II10n, and noted that N.S .P. wi II probab Iy fl Ie for another increase <br />in about March or April of this year. <br />-5- <br />
