Does the estlmated cos t 0 f $45-$50 lnclude <br /> storm sewer? <br /> Christoffersen explained that the road base is poor; new surface <br /> would soon breakup; recommended the full street improvement pack- <br /> age (concrete curb and gutter and paved street); explained that <br /> the re is not a lot of dralnage involved. <br /> Woodburn explained that the Councl1 wants to know if the residents <br /> are "for" or "againat" the project; cl ty is faced with a petition <br /> for next year construction.
