Council concurred that the <br />owner be given 10 days to remove the sign. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CRARLOTTE MC NEISR <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-75 A ortionment of Assessments Water 1m r. <br />No. 77-5 and 78-2 Winiecki VauRhan <br />Wingert moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council adopt Resolu- <br />tion No. 81-75, Resolution RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESS- <br />MENTS RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 and W-78-2. Motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Claima and Payroll <br />McAlliater moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the ~ <br />Claims and Payroll as submitted, and the two additional claims <br />to Gallagher's Service ($35.00) and State Treasurer ($2,769.45). <br />Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Proposed Notice of Utility Rate Change <br />Council concurred with Notice aa drafted. <br /> <br />Metro Council Member Tom Newcome <br />McNiesh reported that he is tentatively scheduled to attend the <br />October 26th meeting. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Reports <br />McAllister referred to letter from Hunters Park Home-owners Associ- <br />ation (10-8-81). Letter was referred to the Public Safety Com- <br />mittee for recommendations. <br /> <br />Woodburn reported that there will be a Chamber of Commerce meeting <br />on November 5th; should publish a meeting notice if Council mem- <br />bers will attend. <br /> <br />Woodburn referred to Emergency Medical Services letter (10-1-81) <br />and attached letter to Jeffery Meyer; queried policy - are patientR <br />taken to the nearest hospital, if a hospital is not specified by <br />the patient? <br /> <br />Wingert reported that he received a call at the Village Hall on <br />the weekend relative to charges for transportation of her son to <br />St. Paul Ramsey; asked who establishes where patients are taken <br />and who to call and under what circumstancea? <br /> <br />It was suggested that Health Central be asked to state its policy. <br />(McNiesh to write letter). <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Wingert moved, seconded by McAllister, that the meeting adjourn <br />at 12:06 a.m. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />a/ ' [1-/l <br />, / I, '.' <br />/ , . -"7'r... - /. ,K.
