<br />, <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />July 13, 1981 <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Council was referred to list of Claims and Payroll, and to a <br />list of additional checks Nos. 1292 thru 1298, totaling $1,597.26 <br />for playground leaders, No. 1299 for $34,204.83 for Fire Pro- <br />tection Contract and Payroll Check No. 8275 for $252.00. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Wingert~ that Council approve the <br />Claims, Payroll and additional checks, as presented. Motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />LIAISON REPORTS <br /> <br />Johnson <br />A. <br /> <br />Request for Sign "No Public Access to Lake" <br />on Shorewood Drive <br />Council concurred that the Village doesn't usually <br />install "special" signs for special conditions. <br />Johnson to relay Council's decision to resident. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />8. Abuse of Garbage Cans <br />Johnson reported a complaint of rubbish hauler <br />abuse of garbage cans beyond reason in the <br />southern section of the City. <br /> <br />(McNiesh was requested to advise the contractor of <br />the resident's complaint).' <br /> <br />McAllister ~ <br />A. Arden Manor Water Supply <br />Woodburn reported that the Health Department <br />will require a mEeting with Arden Manor to <br />rectify the situation, probably will require <br />connection to City water. <br /> <br />B. Amended Permanent Special Use Permit, <br />Case Nos. 78-5 and 81-17 (Bethel College) <br />Deferred to next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Hollenhors t <br />A. Anonymous Caller to Town Crier Editor re Dogs <br />at Large and all Night Parking on EdgewaterAvenue <br />McNiesh reported that this complaint has been given <br />to the CSO and Ramsey County Sheriff; they have <br />been checking area for several weeks and todate <br />have found no evidence of violations. <br /> <br />B.
