Hotion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Approval of Proaram Leaders/Supervisors for Sprina and Summer <br />ParkProarams <br />Council was referred to Buckley's memo of 5-1-81. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, McAllister moved, seconded by Johnson, that <br />Council approve the Spring and Summer leadere/supervisors aa <br />listed. Motion carried unanimoualy. <br /> <br />Approval of Landscaping - Cardiac Pacemakers. Phase III <br />Council was referred to report of Landscape Inspector relative to <br />Cardiac Pacemakers Phase III Landscaping. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve <br />the Phase III Landscaping. Motion carried unanimouely. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MC NIESH <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />McNieeh requested <br />thoee lieted: <br /> <br />Council approval of two claims, in addition to <br /> <br />$88.00 <br />$4,853.00 <br /> <br />Brighton Excavating Co. <br />Allied Blacktopping <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve <br />the Claims and Payroll as submitted including the two additional <br />claims. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Juvenile Service Worker <br />McNiesh reported that the Juvenile Officer haa auggested that a <br />young Arden Hilla person do aome service work in the parke. <br />Council hed no objection to this, if supervised. <br /> <br />Council Liaison Reports <br /> <br />Johnson -reported that the monthly police reports show an increase <br />in activity; will meet with Rsmsey County personnel and discuea <br />communications; will keep a map of occurring incidenta in the <br />Chatham area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />McAlliater <br />a) asked the location of proposed Arden Hills Corporation <br />Office Center subdivision. Woodburn advised that it is <br />the acrea8e east of the Village Hall/Public Works Prop- <br />erty at Hamline and Hwy. 96; noted that the Council <br />previously considered acquiring some of this property as <br />a buffer for the Public Works easterly boundary. <br />b) referred to Ramsey County proposed plans for Lake <br />Josephine boat ramp and boat parking area; auggested <br />that Council meet with Roseville regarding this propoaal. <br />After discussion, Council requested HcNiesh to write for <br />additional information and referred proposal to Plan- <br />ning Commiasion Shoreline and Lake Subcommittee for in- <br />put re control and utilization of the lake. <br /> <br />Hollenhorat reported that the Human Rights Annual Meeting fee will <br />be $25.00 instead of $20.00/person (within the Budget). <br /> <br />Woodburn aaked Council's input relative to the depoaition of 3000+ <br />cubic yards of dirt on the Reiling property (Red Fox Road) fro. <br />the Reaiatance TeChnology aite acroaa the street. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
