No. 80-1, Report of Village Engineer <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MC NIESH <br /> <br />Cardiac Pacemaker's Maintenance Bond - Phase III, Landscaping <br />Council was referred to memo from McNiesh (4-17-81) reporting that <br />inspection of the planting and sodding at CPI will be scheduled <br />within two weeks; Performance Bond in the amount of $14,580 ex- <br />pires 4-21-81; recommending s reduction in the bond to $11,665 aa <br />a Maintenance Bond to run to December 31, 1981. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that Council autborize a <br />reduction in the bond to $11,665 as a Maintenance Bond, as recom- <br />mended in McNiesb's me.o.
