<br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />April 13, 1981 <br /> <br />Council concurred to extend the temporary permit until May 31st, <br />pending resolution of the sign variance application. <br /> <br />Asses.sment Search Fee <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo of 4-9-81. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council approve the <br />$5.00 assessment search fee, effective May 1, 1981. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Johnson moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve the <br />Claims and Payr~ll as submitted, including the duplicate check in <br />the amount of $1121.79, which was lost. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution Nos. 81-24, 81-25, 81-26, 81-27 and 81-28 <br />McAllister moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council adopt the <br />following resolutions: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-24, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO, 80-64 AND ESTABLISH- <br />ING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION <br />APPLICATIONS, as submitted, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-25, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR MUNICIPAL <br />WATER UTILITY, as amended, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-26, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LOCATION AND <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR MOBILE HOMES IN A MOBILE HOME COURT, as <br />submi tted, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-27, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INVESTIGATION AND <br />LICENSE FEES FOR MASSAGE, RAP AND SAUNA PARLORS, as submitted, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-28, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER AVAILABILITY <br />CHARGE (SAC), as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Revenue Bond__l.!'o.9~!J' <br />Council concurred that it would entertain a proposal for the 3- <br />parcel area which is considered to be deteriorating; concurred <br />that it would conceivably be in the city's interest to consider <br />revenue bond funding for this area - County Pd. E Texaco Station <br />and two parcels behind it. <br /> <br />Suburban Cable TV Utility <br />Council discussed apparent ambiguities in the city code relative to <br />definition of utilities.
