<br />Minutes of Special Council Meeting <br /> <br />- . <br />March 23, 1981 <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />Payroll <br />McNiesh requested approval of check no. 13428, to Ashland <br />Petroleum, in the amount of $10,118.12 (gasoline) and check no. <br />13429 to Lehman Transport (freight charge), in the amount of <br />$120.63, in addition to approval of the Payroll. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council approve the <br />Payroll and checks no. 13428 and 13429, as submitted. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Giere. Addition - Park Dedication <br />McNiesh reported that Mr. Giere accepted Council's suggested <br />compromise of $1251.00 as satisfaction of park dedication require- <br />ment for the 3-lot subdivision Giere Addition, as per Council . <br />Minutes of 3-9-81. <br /> <br />(It was noted that $1251.00 represents .98 acres @ $13,OOO/acre.) <br /> <br />Proposed Resolution No. 81-21 <br />McAllister moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council adopt Reso- <br />lution No. 81-21, RESOLUTION EXTENDING CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 1981 <br />MOUNDS VIEW HIGH SCHOOL BOYS' SWIMMING AND DIVING TEAM, as amended. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Finance Committee MeetinK of 3-12-81 <br />Hollenhorst reported that the Finance Committee recommends appoint- <br />ment of one of its members as liaison to the.
