Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1980 Use of Federal Revenue Sharin~ Funds <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo of 2-2-81 re Use of 'ederal <br />Revenue Sharing Funds - 1980. <br /> <br />McAllister moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that Council approve the <br />Actual Cost Column for Use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds -1980 <br />as per McNiesh's memo of 2-2-81. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1981 License Renewals <br />Johnson moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve the <br />1981 License Applications as listed. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approval of Sale of Scanner <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo of 2-5-81 re Sale of Scanner. <br /> <br />McAllister moved that Council permit Henry J. Crepeau, Jr. to use <br />the scanner described in memo as long as desired, without charge. <br />Motion was seconded by Woodburn. <br /> <br />Woodburn moved to amend the motion to read "to sell the scanner <br />in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other good and valu- <br />able Cl-Onsideration"; amendment wa. seconded by McAllister. Amend- <br />ment to the motion carried unsnimously. Main motion carried unan- <br />imous ly . <br />Approval to Attend Clerk's Conference snd Financial Reporting <br />Seminar <br />Council was referred to McNiesh's memo of 2-5-81. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council authorize <br />McNiesh's attendance at the City Clerk's Conference and Seminar on <br />Financial Report Writing, including fees and mileage. , <br />I~ ,;;;f.jta#4-<-d~~A...J <br />(Council suggested that Jane Lund also atten~, if she desires; <br />Council to be advised at next Council Meeting.) <br /> <br />Resolution No. 81-14, Reducing Assessments for Certain Parcels in <br />Combined Improvement W-77-5 and W-78-2 By Virtue of Assessment <br />Appeal. <br />McAllister moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that Council adopt <br />Resolution No. 81-14, RESOLUTION REDUCING ASSESSMENTS FOR CERTAIN <br />PARCELS OF PROPERTY IN COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 and W-78-2 BY <br />VIRTUE OF ASSESSMENT APPEAL.
