Re.olution No. 81-8, ESTABLISH- <br />ING FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS, RE-INSPECTION AND MISCELLANEOUS <br />CONSTRUCTION PERMITS AS REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 217. Motion <br />carried unanimoualy. <br /> <br />McNiesh waa requeated to verify building permit fee. with UBC f.ea, <br />a. adopted, and to refer Alcoholic Beverage Licen.e fees .nd Mpls. <br />Hide and Tallow permit fee to the Finance Committee for review and <br />recommendations to Council. <br /> <br />Ordinance Codificstion Status <br />McNie.h reported that Ordinances Nos. 215, 216 and 217 will b. sent <br />for codification when Ordinance No. 214 (parks ordinance) ia adopted. <br /> <br />Council concurred that McNieah determine the number and .tyle of <br />Zoning Ordinance p.mphleta to be ordered. <br /> <br />Businesa License Approvals . <br />Council was referred to list of 1981 buainess plsce licen.e appli- <br />cation. requiring Council approval and to liat of 1981 Rubbish <br />Hauler license applicationa requiring approval of the City Health <br />Officer and Council. <br /> <br />McNiesh reported that the rubbiah hauler application. have been for- <br />ward.d to Dr. Robert Dunn and are pending his approval: <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve the <br />bu.iness licenaes as aubmitted, and the rubbish hauler licen.... <br />pending approval of the City Heelth Officer. Motion carried unan- <br />imou.ly. . <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Woodburn moved that Council approve the claims and payroll aa aub- <br />mitted. Motion was seconded by Joh.aon ann carried unanimAualy. <br /> <br />Reaolution No. 81-9, Resolution Commending Henry J. Crepeau. Jr, <br />Draft of propoaed Resolution No. 81-9, RESOLUTION COMMENDING HENRY <br />J. CREPEAU, JR., was read by Mayor Crichton. <br /> <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that Council adopt Resolu- <br />tion No. 81-9 as proposed.
