Nilton said he is aware of the <br /> RCWD plans; the stockpiling will not interfere; proposed s to ck- <br /> pile area is not in the drainage area. <br /> . Rudy explained th a t the aggregate is a recycled concrete product <br /> which will be stockpiled for future use for abase for roadways; <br /> feels the Milton property lends itself to th is type of storage <br /> area. Rudy said he checked the traffic coun t on Cleveland with <br /> Mr. Arcand, Ramsey County Engineer's office. Traffic c:oun t is low. <br /> Rudy said- they are reques ting two years; hope to remove in one <br /> year; th i rd year option is requested if it c.an f t be re nlove d in 2 <br /> yea rs . Rudy said the re is no supply of aggregate in this area of <br /> the ci ty at present. <br /> In discussion, it was queried whether the ten'porary stockpiling <br /> would be cons ide red an industrial or commerical operation; area <br /> proposed fo r stockpiling is in an R-2 residential district. <br /> It was noted th a t a Special Use Permit is required by City Code <br /> for deposition of over 400 cubic yards of ear th materials on a <br /> site. Applicants were requested to make application for a Special <br /> Use Pe rmi t if they desire to pursue the stockpiling request. <br /> Coun ty Road n/Lexington Ave. Landscape Fequest <br /> Nr. Hsiao, 3131 Shoreline Lane, referred Council to Ie t te r to <br /> Famsey County Commi s s i one r Robert Orth (11-23-80) and attached <br /> Petition requesting that a berm be constructed and the area land- <br /> scaped at the So u thwes t co rnt: r of County Road D and Lexington Ave. <br /> Hsiao said the area residents want the a rea landscaped, to prevent <br /> unlawful parking, and restoration of the original berm along <br /> Lexington Ave. to block the traffic noise from the residential <br /> area to the wes t. Hsiao as ke d the Council's assistance in ge t- <br /> ting this accomplished. <br /> In discussion, Hsiao said the residents want the unimproved road <br /> from Co. Rd. D through th is area to remain. It was noted that <br /> the a rea of concern is in Roseville; not wi thi n Arden Hills ., <br /> jurisdication.
