The matter was referred to Johansen to <br /> remedy. <br /> Case No. 79-40, Request for One Year Time Extension of Variances <br /> for Construction of House - Thomas Lyn ch <br /> Council was referred to Ie t t e r from Thomas Lynch (11-10-80) . <br /> Woodburn moved tha t Council approve the one-year extension re- <br /> quested. Notion was seconded by Hanson and carried unanimously. <br /> Board of Appeals Resignation - Eu!!ene Engelbert. <br /> Council was referred to let te r of resignation from Eugene Engelbert <br /> Ch ai rman of Board of />.ppeals. <br /> Mayor Crepeau accepted the resij!nation on behalf of the Council <br /> and appointed Pe te r McCall to serve as Chai rman of the Board of <br /> .
