I <br /> MINUTES OF CITY ELECTION <br /> CITY OF ARDllN HILLS <br /> November 4, 1980 <br /> At the City Electio'l of the Ci ty of Arden Hills, Count,y of Ramsey, <br /> State of Minnesota, held at tht: City of Arden Hills, Precinct 1, <br /> Precinct 2, Precinct 3, Precinct 4 and Precinct 5 being the places <br /> it was directed to be held by the City Counci1.fl a f te r giving due <br /> not i ce the re of as provided by la."'i.Y , on the 4th day of N ovembe r, <br /> 1980, the Election 3oards, as attached, being qualified voters of <br /> said City to act as judges of such election, each of whom had <br /> before such t i ",e b e~n designated and appointed by the Ci ty Council <br /> to act as judges of such election, eac.h of whom duly took and sub- <br />. scribed an oath to faithfull], discharge the du ties req ui red of <br /> them at such election; and the sai<j judges being duly qualified <br /> and trained forthwith opened the polls by proclamation, and the <br /> Election proceeded by ballot without adjournment or intermission <br /> un ti I closed. <br /> The subjects vo te d on at such election, as s tate d in the Notice, <br /> thereof, were: <br /> To Elect one Mayor for a te rm of two years. <br /> To Elect two Coun ci 1 men for te rms of four years. <br /> At 8:00 p.m. of said day the polls were closed.
