Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Business From the Floor <br /> None <br /> REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JMIES LYNDEN (Absent) <br /> Permanent Special Use Permit - Beth e 1 College <br /> McNiesh reported th at Dave Lissner, Bethel College, has re- <br /> viewed the proposed Permanent Special Use Per mi t - Bethel College <br /> and has ind! cated he has no problems wi th it; noted that Lissner <br /> unde rs tands tha t an ame n d me n twill be ne cess ary for addi tional <br /> development of the campus not indicated on the mas te r site plan. <br /> Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, tha t Council approve the <br /> Pe rm anen t Special Use Permit - Case No. 78-5, as submitted. <br /> Motion carried unanimously, <br /> Jogging and N a t u re TraIl License - Be the I College <br /> Council was referred to proposed draft of I rrevocab Ie Li cense <br /> be tween Bethel College and Seminary and the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Woodb urn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve the <br /> Irrevocable License. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> In discussion, con cern was e xp re sse d regarding where respon- <br /> sibility and liab i li ty lies. Als 0 queried was whether the park <br /> dedication has been satisfied if, at some future date, the agree- <br /> men t falls ap art. Th e s e questions were referred to Lynden for <br /> his response to Council. <br /> Ordinance No. 214 Regulating City Parks <br /> . Deferred to Council ~leeting of 11-10-80. <br /> REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> Resolution No. 80-55, App ro vi ng P I an s and Specifications and <br /> Ordering Advertisement for Bids, I mp rove me n t No. 80-2 , Kenna <br /> Addition to Arden Hills <br /> Christoffersen referred Council to the Plans and Sped fications <br /> and described the location of the utility lines as proposed. <br /> 1 <br />
