PAYABLE IN 1981, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON 1972 <br /> IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2. 1960 and 1961 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- <br /> MENT BONDS, S E RI E S B .
