Special Use Permit for Bethel College Council was referred to Interim Special Use Permit for Bethel College campt~!i and to subsequent Plann;ng COmmIssion recoinmendations for the Special Use PermIt for Bethel Ceil lege campiJS. Matter was deferred to COuncil meeting of September 8th at which time Council wIll determine appropriate procedure for continued development of the Bethel campus.
