<br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of Regular Cou~cil Meeting <br /> <br />-.5- <br /> <br />July 28, 1980 <br /> <br />Health Insurance Coverage for ~ <br />Council was referred to memo from McNiesh (7/24/80). <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council authorize coverage <br />of part-time CSO employee Robert Perry by the City group policy, <br />with the City paying 1/2 the premium, as outlined in McNiesh's memo. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Rate Change - Ace Solid Waste - Wingert mov~d,.seconded by Crichton, <br />that Council accept the rates of Ace Solid Waste. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />Hanson moved, seconded by <br />and Payroll as submitted. <br /> <br />Crichton, that Council approve the claims <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Schedule Public Hearings for Caae Nos. 80-30, 80-26 and 80-28 <br />before the Planning Commission <br />Wingert moved. seconded by Hanson, that Council schedule the following <br />Public Hearings before the Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 6th <br />at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Ball: <br /> <br />1. Case No. 80-30, Preliminary Plat of Giere Addition <br /> <br />2. Case No. 80-26, Special Use Permit for Diesel Fuel <br />Storage Tanks - Columbia Transit, <br />1901 West County Road F <br /> <br />3.
