Lot 3 access to be restricted to Snelling Ave. <br />only (Ord. No. 213, See VI, E.l.a. - Variance). <br /> <br />2. No other variances are contemplated on the Plat. <br /> <br />3. Area south of the plat, not to be vacated by the <br />City, to be considered as full satisfaction of <br />park dedication for tbe plat. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Miller noted that the Final Plat could indicate a slight line shift <br />between the two northerly lots (Lots land 2) and the southerly <br />Lot 3, if developer finds this desirabl".. <br /> <br />Case No. 80-15, Spacial Use Permit for Five Two-Family <br />Building Sites - Janet Estates <br />Deferred at request of applicant. <br /> <br />Case J!!!...:-!Q..: 16, Variance - Garage Addi tion, 1142 Amble Drive <br />Tom Heideman withdrew his application. <br /> <br />Case No. 79-36, Signage - MSI Claims Office <br />Miller referred Council to detailed drawings of two MSI signs <br />and to proposed sign locations indicated on site plan; noted that <br />Ordinance 76 (Sign Ordinance) does not specifically regulate <br />"directional" signs; smaller sign at Pine Tree Drive is considered <br />to be "directional" and is similar in size to those across the <br />street at Northwestern Bank. <br /> <br />After diSCUSSion, Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council <br />approve the signs as shown on site plan (3-24-80l and detailed <br />dravings (received 4-23-80); top of larger sign to not exceed 16' <br />from center line of County Road E. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 80-33 - Requesting Time Extension for <br />Comprehensive Plan Submission <br />Miller referred Council to draft of proposed Resolution No. 80-33. <br /> <br />After disc~ssiDn, Wingert moved, seconded by Hanson. that Council <br />ado.pt Resolution No. 80-33, as proposed. Motion carried (Wingert, <br />Hanson, Crepeau voting in favor of ~he motion; Crichton and Woodburn <br />voting in opposition). <br /> <br />County Road E Study Committee <br />.Hanson reported that a breakfast meeting has been scheduled at <br />Mutual Serv:!.ce Insurance Company at 7:00 a.m. on June 23rd for <br />the business community, Council and County Road E Task Force <br />Committee. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
