Motion carried (Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn voting in. <br />favor of the Motion; Crichton voting in opposition). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Apportionment Resolutions - Karth Lake South <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council adopt Apportion- <br />ment Resolutions Nos. 80-24 through 80-28. Motion carried <br />unanimol!.sly. <br /> <br />1981 Bud~et Calendar <br />Council concurred with proposed 1981 Budget Calendar as submitted. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />McNiesh referred CounCil to three additional checks to be included <br />in Claims approval. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council approve the Claims <br />and PayrOll, including the three additional checks, as submitted. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 80-14, Preliminary Plat - Kenna Addition to Arden Hilla <br />___ Schedule Public Hearing <br />Wingert moved, seconded by CriChton, that Council schedule the <br />Public Hearing before tbe Planning Commission at 8:00 p.m. on <br />Wednesday, June 4th. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Vil1a~lal1/public Works Trash Collection <br />McNiesh reported that the City has had one pick-up a week @ $23.S0/mo.; <br />cost for two pick-ups/week @ $32.00 is proposed by Johansen during <br />the summer months. Council ~oncurred. <br /> <br />ProPo!.!..!!..l'ub1ic HeaTing Notice :re Amending Ordinance No. 213 <br />Council was referred to proposed Ordinanc~ Amending Ordinance No. <br />213. McNiesh noted that "Schools, Special Education" is proposed <br />D (Planned Unit Development Pe~mit) in the four reSidential districts <br />(R-l thElI R-4) and the two bus:!.ness districts (B-1 and B-2), at <br />the suggestion of Attorney Lync\en; Council c;an make appropriate <br />~hangea subsequent to the public hearing. Council concurred. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~asts~_Beverage Park Dedication <br />H~neon reported that tbe City trail in the Chatham area is partially <br />on SOo Line property; suggested that City negotiate easement(s) <br />for the trail as a trade-off for the Eastside Beverage park dedication <br />or for future park dedication for future Soo Line property develop- <br />ment. It was also noted that Soo Line is opposed to RCWD drainage <br />controls required on their property. No action was taken by Council. <br /> <br />Conne11L..Avenue - No Parki'!K..
