' <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE PLANNER ORLYN MILLER <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ca.e No. 80-1, Northwestern College - Building Permit for Fine Arta <br />Building <br />Miller referred Council to the Planning Co.miaaion. recom.andation <br />(Minute. of Planning Co....i.aion Heating of April 2, 1980) that <br />Council approve the Building Permit for the Northwe.tern College <br />Fine Arts Building contingent upon: <br /> <br />1. a later final approval of the landscaping plan after deter- <br />mination of landscape option is made by the residents, sub- <br />sequent to their meeting with the City P1anuer and 1and- <br />.cape architect. <br />2.
