Outside Storaae Violations - Status report was requested <br />from Building. Inspector re Jay Brothers and Shaw Lumber <br />on Connelly Avenue. <br />B. Fire Alarm Syatem - Village Hall and Public Worke BuildinR <br />Matter was referred to Bud Johansen to pursue and report <br />to Council. <br />C. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Lynden was requested <br />to report his reaction to the proposed a.endment for <br />Council's consideration at the March 31st meeting, and. <br />to ~repare the a.endm.nt in legal form for consideration <br />by the Planning Commission at its April 2nd .aeting, and <br />sub.equently by the Council at the Public Hearing on <br />April 28th. <br />D. Roseville State Bank Landscaping - Wingert reported that <br />he discussed the insufficient landscaping st the losev~lle <br />Stste Bank, Arden Hills Branch, with Donovan P' .IT ~j <br />he has agreed to add some evergreen plentings in an effort <br />to softan the perimeter site appearance.
