Councilmember Malone extended thanks to Clarlotte McNiesh, former Clerk Administrator, who =iginally atterrpted this process and has offered valuable input as a member of the Finance Committee. Council directed the Clerk Administrator to advise the City Accountant that the report is acceptable to Council and it would be preferable to segregate furx:l.s as discussed. COUNCIL a::M-1ENl'S ARDEN PIACE; eouncilmember Malone referred to the report suJ:rnitted by DRAINAGE ISSUES Wally Bauer at the 11-12-91 meeting, relating to soil & REroRI' FRCM corrections at the new home construction site on Arden WALLY BAUER Place. Malone explained the report has no evidence that soil corrections occurred at this site; related this infonnation for the record. . Malone requested staff forward notification to affected property owners that the hearing on this matter is delayed until Spring of 1992. ZEDS SIGN eouncil.member Malone questioned the installation of the Zeos sign on Iex:ington Avenue. He advised the sign is animated and in direct violation of the Sign Ordinance. Council directed the Administrator to review the sign with the Building Official and report findings at a future meeting. COUNCIL ABSENCE; eouncil.member Growe advised she is unable to attend the DECEMBER 9 MIG December 9 Regular Council meeting. PUBLIC SAFEl'YfWKS. Council.member Growe reported on recent activities and rowTI'EE REPORI' discussion of Committee goals. She indicated the Committee is soliciting new members and requested information be placed on Cable TIT and local newspapers. RESaIEDULE PERF. eouncil.member Mahowald reported he is unable to attend EVALUATION; PUB. the December 9 Council meeting. He suggested rescheduling WKS. SUPERlNI'ENDENr the Public Works Superintendent's annual perfonnance evaluation. Malone moved, seconded by GrCMe, to cancel the December 9 meeting, scheduled at 6:15 p.m. f= purposes of corxiucting an annual perfonnance . appraisal for the Public Works Superintendent, and to schedule a Council W=ksession Meeting f= the purpose of corxiucting the performance review on Monday, December 16, at 4:30 p.m. Motion carried unan:iJnously.
