Flock shall procure and maintain for the duration of this Agreement <br />insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property that may arise from or in <br />connection with the performance of the services under this Agreement and the results of that work <br />by Flock or its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. Insurance shall be placed <br />with insurers with a current A. M. Best rating of no less than "A" and "VII". Flock shall obtain <br />and, during the term of this Agreement, shall maintain policies of professional liability (errors and <br />omissions), automobile liability, and general liability insurance for insurable amounts of not less <br />than the limits listed herein. The insurance policies shall provide that the policies shall remain in <br />full force during the life of the Agreement. Flock shall procure and shall maintain during the life <br />of this Agreement Worker's Compensation insurance as required by applicable State law for all <br />Flock employees. <br />Types and Amounts Required. Flock shall maintain, at minimum, the following insurance <br />coverage for the duration of this Agreement: <br />(i) Commercial General Liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with minimum limits <br />of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the <br />aggregate for bodily injury, death, and property damage, including personal injury, contractual <br />liability, independent contractors, broad -form property damage, and product and completed <br />operations coverage; <br />(ii) Umbrella or Excess Liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with minimum limits <br />of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) per occurrence and Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) in <br />the aggregate; <br />(iii) Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions insurance with minimum limits of Five <br />Million Dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence and Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) in the <br />aggregate; <br />(iv) Commercial Automobile Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of One <br />Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and property coverage, <br />including owned and non -owned and hired automobile coverage; and <br />
