Docusign Envelope ID: 1BD62A30-BDC3-4600-B45A-9435E6916BEA <br />(v) Cyber Liability insurance written on an occurrence basis with minimum limits of Five <br />Million Dollars ($5,000,000). <br />(vi) Additional Insured Language: Flock is required to add "Ramsey County, its officials, <br />employees, volunteers and agents are Additional Insured to the Contractor's Commercial General <br />Liability and Umbrella policies with respect to liabilities caused in whole or part by Contractor's <br />acts or omissions, or the acts or omissions of those acting on Contractor's behalf in the <br />performance of the ongoing operations, services and completed operations of the Contractor <br />under this Agreement. The coverage shall be primary and non-contributory" to the certificate of <br />insurance. <br />
