Pricing & Warranty Information <br />- The price quoted is valid for 30 days from the submission date. The total price below reflects the prestigious Diamond Status awarded to <br />Minnesota Roofing Company for consistently exceeding industry standards in workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction. This distinction is <br />recognized by both homeowners, businesses and Tamko Manufacturing. <br />- Minnesota Roofing Company offers: <br />50-year manufacturer's warranty on roofing materials. <br />25-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. <br />Warranties are transferable to a new management upon sale of the property. <br />Important Notes & Additional Costs <br />- Structural & Decking Repairs: There may be underlying issues with the roof structure that are not visible at the time of inspection. If additional <br />repairs are required, there may be an increase in the project cost due to extra materials, labor, and code compliance fees. <br />- Decking Replacement: If necessary, decking replacement will be completed at $150 per sheet or $15 per linear foot, pending management <br />approval via a signed change order. <br />- Construction Start Time: Unless otherwise specified by management, work will begin at 7:00 AM per city ordinances. Minnesota Roofing Company <br />will reach out with a start date. Please communicate accordingly with Minnesota Roofing Company if another date/time is preferred. <br />- Unforeseen Conditions: Unforeseen structural or material issues may arise, impacting both project scope and timeline. Any changes will be <br />communicated to the management before proceeding, and a signed change order will be required. <br />- There is always a possibility of having to re -deck the roofing structure to keep to updated codes/laws. If there are significant spaces (over 1/4"+) in <br />the majority of decking on the roofing structure; there may be need for a re -deck of the roofing structure. Management will be notified before <br />moving forward with a signed change -order. <br />Project Guidelines & Responsibilities <br />Licensed & Insured Crews: All work is performed by qualified, insured professionals who adhere to strict safety standards. <br />Job Site Clean -Up: Crews will remove all job -related debris from the property. <br />Estimate Conditions: <br />The quoted price reflects a cash payment price and includes all labor, materials, dumpster, and permits. <br />All promotions and discounts have been applied. <br />Woodwork is not included in this estimate. Any necessary woodwork requires an approved and signed change order. <br />Pricing is based on one layer of shingles/roofing materials. If multiple layers are present, a change order will be required for removal and <br />disposal. <br />Responsibilities & Exclusions <br />- Gutter Protection Systems: Minnesota Roofing Company is not responsible for the removal or reinstallation of leaf filters, gutter helmets, or other <br />specialized gutter covers. Management must arrange removal with the original installation company before roofing work begins to maintain product <br />warranties. <br />- Additional Trades: Minnesota Roofing Company is not responsible for additional HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work that may become <br />necessary during the project. If such work is required, we can coordinate with the appropriate trades, but all costs will be communicated beforehand <br />and require a signed change order before proceeding. <br />- By signing this agreement, management acknowledges understanding of the scope, pricing, warranty coverage, and potential additional costs that <br />may arise during the project. <br />$6,313.44 <br />Soffit & Fascia Section <br />Project Overview <br />Minnesota Roofing Company will furnish and install new aluminum soffit and fascia system on the existing wood -framed structure. This installation <br />will improve both the aesthetic and functionality of the roof's eave system, providing proper ventilation and long-term weather protection. <br />1. Preparation: <br />- Inspect and confirm integrity of existing wood soffit framing and fascia boards. <br />Remove any damaged or loose material as needed (additional charges may apply if extensive rot or structural damage is uncovered). <br />Prep surface areas for secure attachment of new aluminum system. <br />2. Soffit Installation: <br />- Install vented aluminum soffit panels (style and color per customer selection). <br />Panels to be installed with hidden fasteners and J-channel trim for a clean, finished look. <br />Ensure proper ventilation is maintained throughout soffit runs. <br />3. Fascia Installation: <br />- Wrap all exposed fascia with custom -bent aluminum coil stock. <br />Secure with color -matched trim nails or screws, ensuring clean lines and a weather -tight finish. <br />All seams and corners to be properly overlapped and sealed where needed. <br />4. Accessories & Finishing: <br />- Install all necessary trim components, including F-channel, J-channel, and drip -edge transitions where applicable. <br />- Clean job site upon completion and remove all construction debris. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
