the amended agreement for the State Delegation services, Rum will be compensated at a rate of <br />85% of the fees collected in accordance with the City's adopted fee schedule. At this time, staff <br />is not recommending any additional utilization of RRC other than for the State Delegation <br />Building Code services. The amended contract remains the same in that the City Administrator <br />and Building Official will determine how and when RRC will be utilized. <br />This agreement was discussed with the Personnel Committee prior to this item being brought <br />forth for approval.
