Motion carried <br />unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />eouncil briefly discussed the use of the Zycad Building <br />f= City offices; concurred that the building would not <br />be conducive to use by the City for office space. <br /> <br />Council recommended the report from the city Hall study Committee be reviewed at <br />the April 8 or May 13 Regular eouncil meeting, rather than the 4/29/91 meeting, <br />due to the nlDllber of public hearings scheduled. staff was directed to contact the <br />Chair of this cammittee regarding this matter. <br /> <br />RESCHEDULE <br />MAY COUNCIL <br />MI'G; 5-28-91 <br /> <br />DISC; ZYCAD BILG. <br />CITY OFFICE SPACE <br /> <br />COUNCIL m1MENTS <br /> <br />VACATION; <br />AI:MINISI'RATOR <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Berger notified Council he will be <br />on vacation APril 10-15 and Deputy Clerk Iago will serve <br />as Acting Administrator in his absence. <br /> <br />NWYSB The Clerk Administrator questioned if the discussion of <br />the Northwest Youth Services Bureau should be placed on <br />the APril worksession Agenda. <br /> <br />Council co=ed to defer this matter to a future meeting; Hansen advised a <br />video relating to the services of this organization is being prepared for Council <br />review. <br /> <br />LJVID REFUND <br /> <br />eounci1Inember Malone noted the refund received from the <br />LJVID; requested more infonnation from the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Chief Winkel stated this is a COIlU1lO\1 practise for the Fire Department to refund <br />to the city bJdgeted funds which are not utilized at the end of the calendar <br />year. <br /> <br />DISC; LJVID <br />UTILITY VAN <br /> <br />Councillne:mber Malone questioned the status of the LJVID <br />utility van. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Winkel advised he will be meeting with the city of Shoreview to <br />discuss the van purchase and will report to eouncil at a later date. <br /> <br />APPRECIATION VIR. <br />CONCORDIA SINGING <br />SOCIEl'Y DONATION <br /> <br />Counci1Inember Malone requested a letter of appreciation <br />be forwarded to Concordia Singing s=iety for the <br />donation to NWYSB on behalf of the City. <br />
