�♦ 3 <br /> i <br /> S <br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> September 28 , 1992 <br /> 7 : 30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof , Acting Mayor <br /> Mahowald called to order the regular City Council meeting at <br /> 7 : 30 p .m. Present : Councilmembers JoAnn Growe , Dale Hicks , <br /> Thomas Mahowald, Paul Malone . Mayor Sather arrived at 7 : 54 , <br /> during "Arden Place Assessment Hearing" . Also present were: <br /> City Attorney , Jerry Filla; City Engineer , Mark Graham; <br /> Clerk Administrator , Dorothy Person; Deputy Clerk , Catherine <br /> Iago ; Recording Secretary , Foster . <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Acting Mayor Mahowald commented that Mayor Sather is <br /> • expected to be a few minutes tardy ; he suggested handling <br /> "Unfinished and New Business" before "Public Hearings" for <br /> the Mayor ' s benefit . Council agreed to do so . <br /> MOTION : Malone moved, seconded by Growe , to adopt the September <br /> 28 , 1992 agenda items as presented, with the order <br /> subject to change . Motion carried unanimously ( 4-0 ) . <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> MOTION : Malone moved, seconded by Hicks , to approve the minutes <br /> of September 14 , 1992 Regular Council Meeting as <br /> prepared . Motion carried unanimously ( 4-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> MOTION : Hicks moved , seconded by Growe to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein. Motion carried <br /> unanimously ( 4-0 ) . <br /> a . Approve Pay Estimate No . 3 - 1992 Tiller Lane <br /> Improvements <br /> b. Approve Solicitation Request from Greenpeace <br /> c . Adopt Resolution to Authorize Certification of <br /> Reduced Assessment Roll to Ramsey County - PIN <br /> #34-30-23-42-0053 <br /> d.
