Mayor Sather noted that this site appears more residential in nature than the apartment complex. DISCUSSION: PROPOSAL FROM RTB, ROSEVILLE AREA CIRCULATOR ROUTE #101 Council reviewed the proposed route for the circulator bus, provided by the Regional Transit Board. Mayor Sather indicated he would prefer to see additional service to the Townhouse village residents. There was discussion regarding including service for the Mobile Horne Park, Ramsey County Library and Townhouse Villages. . Council directed staff to forward to the RTB a recommendation to review possible stops at the Mobile Horne Park, Ramsey County Library and Townhouse Villages on the proposed circulator route #101. DISCUSSION: CONTRACTOR PAYMENT FOR CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT STATION. Council was referred to the April 16 letter from Lametti & sons, Inc., requesting payment of contractor fees for the Cleveland Avenue Lift station project. There was discussion regarding responsibility of the former consulting engineers as relates to this payment. Council concurred to direct staff to research past correspondence from Lametti relating to this matter and report findings at a future meeting. COUNCIL COMMENTS Council discussed the AMM Elected Officials Salary Survey and proposed pay increases for Councilmembersi noted the salaries have not been increased since 1987. . Staff was directed to request Attorney Filla prepare an appropriate Ordinance amendment, for action at the 4/27/92 meeting, which increases annual salaries for elected officials, effective 1/1/93 as follows: Councilmembers $3,180.00 and Mayor $3,600.00.
