<br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of the Arden Hills council Worksession, 4-20-92 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />council concurred to refer information to Financial <br />Consultant James Casserly for recommendation to Council <br />as to the feasibility of the project and reasons for <br />development of the site as indicated by the development <br />and report at a future meeting. <br /> <br />councilmembers expressed concern that a recent request <br />for TIF had been denied. Mayor Sather noted that this <br />site appears more residential in nature than the <br />apartment complex. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: PROPOSAL FROM RTB, ROSEVILLE AREA CIRCULATOR <br />ROUTE #101 <br /> <br />Council reviewed the proposed route for the circulator <br />bus, provided by the Regional Transit Board. Mayor <br />Sather indicated he would prefer to see additional <br />service to the Townhouse village residents. There was <br />discussion regarding including service for the Mobile <br />Horne Park, Ramsey County Library and Townhouse <br />Villages. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to forward to the RTB a <br />recommendation to review possible stops at the Mobile <br />Horne Park, Ramsey County Library and Townhouse Villages <br />on the proposed circulator route #101. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: CONTRACTOR PAYMENT FOR CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT <br />STATION. <br />Council was referred to the April 16 letter from <br />Lametti & sons, Inc., requesting payment of contractor <br />fees for the Cleveland Avenue Lift station project. <br />There was discussion regarding responsibility of the <br />former consulting engineers as relates to this payment. <br /> <br />Council concurred to direct staff to research past <br />correspondence from Lametti relating to this matter and <br />report findings at a future meeting. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Council discussed the AMM Elected Officials Salary <br />Survey and proposed pay increases for Councilmembersi <br />noted the salaries have not been increased since 1987. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to request Attorney Filla prepare an <br />appropriate Ordinance amendment, for action at the <br />4/27/92 meeting, which increases annual salaries for <br />elected officials, effective 1/1/93 as follows: <br />Councilmembers $3,180.00 and Mayor $3,600.00. <br />
