Mary's <br />Church is '<<M in COJlIlliance with the fifty percent <br />expenditure in the trade area regulation, based on new <br />infonnation suhnitted 1/27/92. <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Mahowald, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 92-07, APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT FOR CU\SS A BINGO Nr FOr <br />o GOLD HALL. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />RES. #92-07; <br />PREMISE PERMIT <br />sr. MARY'S CHURai <br /> <br />Council1rernber Hicks questioned if the North SUbJrban Chaplaincy program is an <br />inter-denominational program. <br /> <br />Frank Belga, st. Mary's 0lUrch, advised the Chaplaincy program is a religiously <br />affiliated Cbristian program, suworted by st. Mary's Church. <br /> <br />cntPARABLE <br />mRIH E\7AI1.lATION <br /> <br />Council was referred to the memorandum from the Clerk <br />Administrator dated 1/2//92, relating to the MAMA <br />Comparable Worth study Up:late. <br /> <br />Administrator Berger advised the request is for the city to participation in the <br />Comparable Worth Job Evaluation study Up:late. He indicated the cost for <br />participation is $1,255.00 ani if the Council does not plan f= a team Wilding <br />session this year, funds are available to f= the comparable worth study. <br /> <br />Berger advised Council of the other alternatives listed in his memorandum. He <br />explained the alternatives appear to be rrore eJqJeJ1Sive than participation with <br />the MAMA group. <br /> <br />CounciJmember Malone questioned if all job classifications would be updated with <br />the study ani if all City employees would participate in the evaluation. <br /> <br />Berger stated all jobs will be reviewed ani in a City this size, all employees <br />may fill out the evaluation questiormaire. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the City's <br />participation in the Comparable Worth Job Evaluation ani the expenditure of <br />$1,255.00 from Account 207 in the Mayor ani Council Fund. Motion carried <br />unanimously. (4-0) <br /> <br />Council was referred to the memorandum from the Clerk <br />Administrator dated 1-24-92, relating to the 1991 <br />Comparable Worth Report which is required by the <br />Deparbnent of Enlployee Relations. <br /> <br />Berger stated the city Im.ISt submit this report to be in COJlIlliance with state <br />statutes. He explained the report will be analyzed by OOER ani they will forward <br />recammendations if the City is not in COJlIlliance with =ent regulations. <br /> <br />cntPARABLE mRIH <br />REPORl'; DEPl'. OF <br />EMPIDYEE RELATIONS <br /> <br />MahcMald moved, seconded by Hicks, to approve the report <br />on Comparable Worth ani authorize the Clerk Administrator to submit the 1991 <br />Report to OOER. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br />
