<br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 12, 1993 <br />7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> <br />CALL TQ ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Sather called <br />to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; Councilmembers Beverly <br />Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, Paul Malone, Dennis Probst. Also <br />present were: City Attorney, John Miller; City Planner, <br />John Bergly; City Engineer, Terry Maurer; City Accountant, <br />Terry Post; Community Planning Coordinator, Brian <br />Fritsinger; Clerk Administrator, Dorothy Person; Recording <br />Secretary, Shar Foster. <br /> <br />1\,DOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />Administrator Person reported that although this evening's <br />public hearing regarding the adoption of the official map <br />for the extension of Shoreline Lane is scheduled to begin at <br />7:45 p.m" staff received notice from one interested citizen <br />that they could not attend until about 9:00 p.m. to provide <br />input. <br /> <br />Note was made that the agenda had been revised to add one <br />consent calendar item. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Probst moved, seconded by Hicks, to adopt the revised <br />July 12, 1993 agenda. Motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0), <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />MQVE PAR~ING REGULATIONS FROM <br />ZONING ORDINANCE TO TRAFFIC ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Sather opened the meeting at 7:36 p.m. for the purpose <br />of conducting a public hearing on removing Section VI.F.2 <br />(Parking) from Zoning Ordinance Chapter 291, adding this <br />section to the Traffic Ordinance Chapter 26.3, and adding <br />administrative procedure authority. <br /> <br />Administrator Person verified publication of the notice of <br />hearing in the New Brighton Bulletin on Wednesday, June 23, <br />1993. She stated that no written or oral citizen input had <br />been received by staff regarding this matter. <br /> <br />Public input was invited with no response. Mayor Sather <br />commented that this matter is simply a housekeeping type of <br />item and typically items such as these are not controversial <br />and receive little if any citizen response. <br />
