Approve List of Claims/Payroll. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE *92-18 - SITE PLANAMENDMENh <br />INTERNATIONAL PAPER, 1300 RED FOX ROAD <br /> <br />City Planner Bergly explained that recently the City <br />reviewed and approved a site plan relating to a fuel oil <br />tank for International Paper, and now that applicant is <br />requesting a site plan amendment to allow the construction <br />of an accessory building to enclose the fuel oil tank. <br /> <br />Bergly reported the accessory building is proposed to be 16' <br />X 55' in size which will be large enough to shelter the tank <br />and provide adequate room to walk around the tank. He added <br />that the Planning commission has reviewed this application <br />and recommended approval subject to review and approval of <br />the exterior finish of the building by the City Planner. <br />Planner Bergly stated that in reviewing this case, he found <br />that the proposed enclosure meets all ordinance requirements <br />and the structure is situated in a location that is least <br />obtrusive to views from public streets and neighborhing <br />property. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to approve the <br />site plan amendment for International Paper, Case *92- <br />18, based upon the findings of the City Planner noted <br />above, allowing construction of an accessory structure <br />to enclose the above-ground fuel tank, subject to <br />review and approval of the exterior finish materials by <br />the City Planner.
