This is a placeholder for <br />replacing them throughout the City. <br />$30,000 budgeted in 2026 for consultant work. <br />Justification <br />Meters are at the end of their useful life. <br />If TCAAP begins to develop, a new metering system must be determined before meters are needed for properties within TCAAP.
