Mayor's Party for Council Members and VillaKe E~lovees <br /> Woodburn invited Council, Treasurer and Village employees and <br /> spouses or friends, to a social gathering at his house on <br /> December 29th. <br /> Fire Board Meetin~ <br /> McAllister requested Council's in-put relative to the proposed <br /> new fire station which is the subject of the Fire Board Meeting <br /> on December 15th. <br /> < <br /> RCLLG <br /> Christianaen said he will not be able to attend the December <br /> RCLLG Meeting. Other members of Council are also not available <br /> to attend the meeting. <br /> REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE McNIESH <br /> Apportionment Resolutions - Dorothy McClung <br /> Resolution No. 83-70 and Resolution No. 83-71 <br /> Ch ris tiansen move d, seconded by McAllister, that Council adopt <br /> Resolution No. 83-70, RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> NOS. 12 and 13. and Reso~ution No. 83-71, RESOLUTION RELATING <br /> TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT <br /> W- 77-5 and W-78-2. Motion carried unanimously. (4 -0) <br /> Approval of 1984 Business Licenses <br /> Council was referred to liat of 1984 business licenses requiring <br /> Council approval. <br /> Christiansen moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council approve <br /> the 1984 licenses ss listed. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) <br /> t:laims and Payroll <br /> Christiansen aoved, seconded by Mulcahy, that Council approve <br /> the Claias and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> (4-0) <br /> (McNiesb noted that some park program leader checks will be <br /> retained until the programs are coapleted on December 15th; <br /> Buckley requested that checks be prepared in advance ao atudents <br /> can have thea prior to Christmas holidays. <br /> " Bike Path Joint AKreement <br /> McNiesh reported that Shoreview has interpreted "bi-monthly" as <br /> twice a month, rathe r than, every two months; asked Council if <br /> twice a ~onth is appropriate for path maintenance. Council <br /> suggested that "bi-aonthly" be crossed out and "monthly" be <br /> inserted. <br /> , <br /> . <br />
