Buckthorn and Invasive Species Removal (outside of GRG project) 120 FTE Labor Hours estimated; 3 <br />FTEs required Low Priority. are generally completed by the ICWC and/or VOL's groups, with the <br />assistance of FTE's. The highlighted areas on the maps (shown below) of Ingerson Park and Chatham <br />Open Space indicate where invasive plants can be removed, as time, resources and ICWC availability <br />allow, in 2025. <br />Note: Chatham Open Space had significant amounts of buckthorn removed by volunteers and the goat <br />grazing project in 2023. Goat grazing in the Chatham Open Space is (TBD in 2025). Buckthorn removal <br />continued to be an ongoing effort for volunteers and the Institution Community Work Crews (ICWC) <br />crew as time allowed. There was more progress made in the Chatham Open Space and areas in 2024, <br />but more work will continue as time and resources are available in 2025. <br />13 <br />
