Citywide Municipal Trail Inspections 40 FTE Labor Hours estimated; 1 FTEs required Medium Priority. — <br />In 2024 Public Works completed half of the trail system, in 2025 PW will inspect the remainder of the <br />trails system and update the condition ratings to assist in planning for maintenance repairs and <br />rehabilitation schedule. <br />Citywide Bench Inspection 60 FTE Labor Hours estimated; 1 FTEs required Low Priority. <br />Bench inventory and map need to be updated. Once created, determine inspection cycle for each bench. <br />Identify "advertisement type" benches, those should be inspected annually. <br />2025 Parks Improvement Projects (Freeway and Arden Oaks Parks) PW Responsibility 480 FTE Labor <br />Hours required; 3 FTEs required High Priority. (coordinate projects based on the contracted project <br />start date.) <br />• Freeway Park <br />o Tree removals 3 cottonwood clusters, 1 EAB ash, trim 1 maple near play structure. <br />o Remove guardrail at lower area <br />o Tentative- removals of the existing play structure. <br />o Tentative- fiber mulch to be installed by PW/ICWC. <br />o Tentative removal of other site amenities (benches, tables, hoops, etc....). Coordinate <br />with project plans. <br />• Arden Oaks Park <br />o One tree removal and stump grinding near existing swing set container. <br />o Tentative- removals of the existing play structure. <br />o Tentative- fiber mulch to be installed by PW/ICWC. <br />Assistance with the Parks Master Plan as needed 40 FTE Labor Hours required; 1 FTEs required <br />Medium Priority. <br />• Update/revise Parks Maintenance Policy to set standards and expectations of service reflected <br />in the Parks Master Plan <br />1 <br />
