(4-0) <br /> (add to motion on page 3. paragraph 7 : "only <br /> refundable payment/deposit is to be applied <br /> to project cost incurred by City, and excess <br /> refunded to developer") <br /> business from the Floor <br /> None <br /> REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDBN <br /> Orai nance No. 231. Regulations for Sump Pump Discharge Connections <br /> Council was referred to draft of Ordinance No. 231. <br /> Lynden noted that he discovered a few erroneous references in the <br /> Arden hills Code which he has corrected in this ordinanc e. <br /> Mulcahy moved, seconded by hicks, tha t Council introduce Ordinance <br /> No. 231 by title, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28-112 (a) OF THB <br /> ARDEN IiILLS CODE TO ChANGB ERRONBOUS REFERENCES TliEREIN AND ADDING <br /> A NEW SECTION 28-114 TO DIVISION 3 OF ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 28 <br /> OF ThE ARDEN hILLS CODE REGULATING TIiE INSTALLATION OF SUMP PU~IP <br /> SYSTl:;MS. Motion carried unanimously. Proposed Woodbridge Properties Development <br /> Lynden reported that he has not contacted Woodbridge Properties to <br /> date relative to extension of sanitary sewer across their private <br /> property; recommends that the developer handle the maintenance of <br /> the lines by means of covenan ts for each parcel; noted tha t it is <br /> . his understanding tha t the City brings utilites to property lines; <br /> li ne s on private property are privately owned and maintained. <br /> ~tlroval of Semaphore Plans - S.
