Motion carried unanimously. <br /> (4 -0) <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> RCLLG meeting - Wednesday, November 16th <br /> hicks noted that Don Salverda will address the to pic "Improving <br /> A Council's J::ffectiveness": plans to attend the meeting. <br /> Grace Church - Letter of November 6 , 1983 <br /> Council was referred to Ie t t e r of 11-6-83 in fo rming Council of <br /> Grace Church's proposed use of facilites at Northwestern College, <br /> on a temporary b ss is , for Sunday mo rning and evening services. <br /> After discussion, it was the concensus of Council that it has no <br /> objection to the use of Northwestern College's Nazareth Hall <br /> and Fine Arts Building by Grace Church on a temporary b as is for <br /> Sunday morning and evening se rvi ces as prosposed. <br /> Patrick Flaherty's Letter of Novenlber 7, 1983 re License Fees <br /> Council was referred to Ie t t e r from Patrick Flaherty. <br /> McNiesh reported that she has advised Mr. Flaherty of Council's . <br /> referral of Councilman Mulcahy's Ii cens in g propossl to the Finance <br /> Committee for its consideration and recommendations to Council for <br /> 1985 licenSing. <br /> Cable TV <br /> McAllister reported that Group W e xp la1 ne d that they experienced . <br /> some delay because they could not find a sui table location fo r <br /> their studio; rep orted that the No rt h Suburban Cable Commission <br /> requested further information and has postponed its action for a <br /> month. <br /> McAllister said she will be out of town and cannot at ten d the <br /> Arden Hills Cable Communication Citizen Adviory Committee meeting <br /> on Tuesday, November 15th. <br />
