Motion carried unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />BusIness from the Floor <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> <br />Authorization to Execute DraInage, Highway and RevIsed Slope Easements - <br />LexlnQton Improvement No. 83-1 (SAP 62-651-20) <br /> <br />Council was referred to revised Temporary Slope Easement, wording of which Is <br />approved by City Attorney James Lynden. <br /> <br />MeAl lister moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council authorize execution of Temporary <br />Slope Easement, DraInage Easement and Highway Easement, Parcel No. 102, ProJect <br />SAP 62-651-20. Motion carrIed unanimously. (5-0) <br /> <br />Request for Village Concurrence for Ramsey County to Award the Contract for <br />LexlnQton Avenue Improvement to Forest Lake ContractlnQ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councl I was referred to letter from Ramsey County (7-29-83) requesting Arden Hills' <br />concurrence In the award of the Lexington Avenue contract to the low bidder, <br />Forest Lake Contracting Company. <br /> <br />Hicks moved, seconded by MeAl lister, that Council concurs with Ramsey County's <br />award of contract for Lexington Avenue Improvement (SAP'62-651-20) to Forest <br />Lake ContractIng Company. No. W-83-5 (south of STH 96) <br /> <br />After discussion re necessity of two separate meetings for the two Public Hearings, <br />MeAl lister moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council adopt Resolution No. 83-40, <br />RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARIi'G ON IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. W-83-4 (NORTH OF STH 96) on August 22, 1983 at 7:30 p.m., and adopt Resolution <br />No. 83-41, RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVE- <br />MENT NO. 83-5 (SOUTH OF STH 96) on August 29, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. Motion carried <br />unanImously.
